Operation Christmas Child | Our goal for this year is 275 boxes, Leasha McCoy, our OCC representative, is at the OCC table in the foyer to assist you with boxes, a list of acceptable items, and miscellaneous supplies. We have moved our collection date to Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Teen Hayride | Sunday, October 26, 2025 we will meet at the church 3:00 p.m. and return at 7:00 p.m. The hayride will be at the Cardin Farm, Hwy 36 in Bennett, CO. We will go for a ride in a wagon filled with hay, return to the house and have a meal of chili, hot dogs, smores, and more. Teens sign up on the big poster in the foyer!
Fall Festival | Friday, October 31, 2025 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. There are still a few items on the Amazon Wish List and there are a few volunteers needed for the Fall Festival. If you would like to help with the Amazon Wish List and do not have access to the internet you are welcome to place your check or cash (using an offering envelope) mark it Fall Fest and place it in 1 of the 3 black offering boxes at the sanctuary doorways. Emilee needs the Fall Festival volunteers to be at the church on Friday, October 31 @ 4:00 p.m. wearing your green volunteer shirt (if you do not have a green volunteer shirt – please see Emilee for a volunteer shirt).
Daylight Saving ends Sunday, November 2, 2025. Just a reminder we will “fall” back one hour.
Men’s Fellowship Dinner | Tuesday, November 4, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. Men will meet at Black Bear Diner [14100 E. Iliff Ave., Aurora) for good food and conversation.
Town Hall Meeting | Sunday, November 9, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. (during our Sunday School/Discipleship hour). We will be presenting the vision for TCF as we move forward with building a gymnasium and Youth & Children’s area. Everyone is invited!
Parents Night Out | Save the Date or go on a date!! TCF will be hosting our second Parents Night Out Friday, December 12, 2025 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. here at the church. This is a great opportunity to leave your kids, ages newborn – 5th grade, in our volunteers capable hands for a meal of pizza and Christ centered entertainment. Spend the evening Christmas shopping or find some time relaxing.
Men’s Retreat w/ThornCreek Church | “D-DAY” February 5-7, 2026 at High Peak Camp in Estes Park, CO. Pastor Jason Brest, Lead Pastor at One Hope Nazarene in Littleton, will be the guest speaker for the weekend. The cost is $140 per adult man and $75 per male child (age 12-17) with their father/guardian. Registration is now available at thorncreek.churchcenter.com; the retreat is open to the whole Colorado District Church of the Nazarene so space is limited, so register early!
